I found many comments regarding dead links for stories hosted on old GeoCities sites.
Although you can find many of them via the Wayback Machine there is a faster way sometimes (faster as in loading faster).
Copy the old link in your browser and change it to either reocities.com, oocities.com, or geocities.ws (с) отсюда
